The brief stipulated a flexible exterior wall language which allowed for the Centre’s multitude of functions to be incorporated. mossessian architecture proposed a modular unitised system of narrow U glass units varying from transparent to opaque, whose location was determined by the internal use, linking function to form. The dramatic frontal composition of the eastern pavilion is created by twisting the floors, rending a greater effect of light and balance of mass.
