5 Merchant Square

Paddington Basin, London, UK

5 Merchant Square is the first of two buildings designed by mossessian architecture on this site. With floorplates averaging 25,000 sq ft, the building is an elegant and distinctive response to the demand for quality office space in London’s West End.

The scheme incorporates primarily class A office space in addition to a public lobby, a mix of retail spaces and a health club. Its bold triangular volumes promote an open flow of pedestrians toward Paddington Basin
