The second building designed by mossessian & partners for the regeneration project at Merchant Square, Waterweave, complements the design of the adjacent 5 Merchant Square and achieves a balanced relationship with the neighbouring elements of the development. The East façade features an innovative ‘woven veil’ effect achieved through the undulating rhythms of its inset balconies on alternating levels, resulting in dramatic shading.
