Phase 4 demarcates the south-west boundary of the Msheireb Downtown Doha masterplan. Comprising primarily high-rise commercial office blocks, the scheme proposes a public concourse at the base, planned to accommodate the new international high-speed and local rail network terminal. The four high-rise towers comprise Class A office space and generous column free lease spans through their exoskeleton structural design and offset core configuration.​
