Our scheme aims at integrating a diverse mix of uses, including residential, office and retail amenities, by drawing its principles on Qatari built heritage and a vision for the future. We see Phase 2 of the Msheireb Downtown Doha masterplan as an opportunity to build a meeting ground of cultural habits: juxtaposing a Western retail-experience with the joyful abundance of senses, flavours, light and scents of the traditional Qatari Souks
